Thu, 02 Apr 2009 16:46:10 +0000 http://attypunzi.wordpress.com/?p=502#comment-8679 dear atty. punzi, sir... i am a filipino immigrant to the u.s. and been here for almost a year. i have a pending case of illegal termination of employment against Shell now in the First Division of the Supreme Court where i filed for a review on certiorari which the clerk of court said in a one-page document that my petition is DENIED WITH FINALITY, with only the clerk of court signing the document. i felt this is highly irregular, so i wanted to pursue the case but my daughter to whom i entrusted a special power of attorney to attend to this case opts to quit and told me it is useless to continue anymore as she alleges of corruption in government and more so in the justice system in our country and our efforts will lead us to nowhere... if i failed to convince her... what now is my legal option ? how long could the court wait for another person to act in my behalf because i am heavily indebted and could not go back home at this time? muli, sir...maraming salamat. dear atty. punzi,
