Isn’t a graduate of law entitled to have LLB (Legum Baccalaureus) at the end of their names which means they have studied and graduated with a Degree of Bachelor in Law but not able to exercise the duties of a Bar exam passer. ie litigate or represent.

Atty. (appended after passing the Bar Exams) is the Title that gives one the privilege to practice Law

In the same way that Medical School Graduates have MD at the end of their names to signify that they have Graduated from a Medical School but cannot function independently prior to passing the licensure exams and have Dr. as a prefix in their names.

IMHO why deprive someone of a title they have worked for.

And here I thought was the only one! I just adore the smell of Vicks. To me, it’s all in the consistency. I actually sit on the jar to soften it out abit!

Well, if that would be the case, then what would be the best title to give those who took their Pre-Med and Med Proper but were unlucky to pass the Board Exam?

I am not a lawyer. I didn’t take law too. But the Bar Exam is a standard or a measure to draw that thin line between those who really know the law by heart and mind, and those who were that close to put it in their heart. Of course, we would prefer to work with those who know the law by heart and mind.

Just my two cents.

What “title”?

For me giving titles to law graduates who didn’t pass the bar is ridiculous. “consuelo de bobo” as they term it. Don’t get me wrong, it’s just what I think.

Why don’t you propose that the bar exams become “bottomless” instead? Like iced tea?

im addicted to vicks too! wow,. it feels good to belong,. lol! inhaler or vaporub im hooked! kung meron lang perfume na vicks binili ko na,. as weird as it may sound sometimes sniffing aint enough (well i’ve tasted vicks before and,. yeah by putting some over my closed eyes to force me to sleep as well,. so useful i know!) that i get small cotton balls, dip it sa vicks and stick it up my nostrils,. aaahhh! better than inhaler,. i heard its not good for the health,. well any addiction is.

Because Divorce is quick and not expensive (U.S) while Annulment is sooo expensive and you need to have grounds to file for it and Legal separation will not allow you to re-marry again.

I have a friend who got his divorce out of the country by his foreign wife. I’ve heard you can file a Petition of foreign divorce in the Philippines. What are the requirements needed and how long does it take to be finalized and how much do you charge on this kind of case?

please help me about my problem sir. unjust vexation ba ang pwede kong i file na kaso sa kapitbahay namin na naglagay ng basketball ring sa gilid ng bahay nila na nasa harapan naman namin. kapag may naglalaro po kasi ng basketball doon sa tapat namin eh. madalas tumatama yung bola sa pintuan namin at sa bubungan. araw-araw po ganun ang eksensa. labis na po akong naiirita at nadidistruct nang dahil doon. i tried to talk to them regarding this matter. but they ignored me. sabi nila hindi naman daw nakakabit yun sa amin at wala kaming rights na tanggalin ang basketball ring na yun o utusan silang tanggalin yun. apektado na rin pati ang pagtulog namin. what kind of legal actions would i do sir? kung hindi po unjust vexation ang pwede kong ikaso sa kapitbahay namin anu pong kaso ang pwede? please help me out sir. thanks!
